Science-based Animal-free Diets

This is how it all started…

I’ve developed a deep interest in finding out how to make animal-free diets sustainable, fun and health-promoting. Having been vegan for over 15 years, I’ve experimented with different approaches. At one point in time I was enamoured with the whole-food plant-based way of eating. But with time it dawned on me that this diet will not suit everyone. Fortunately, there are many ways of designing animal-free diets. Personally, I’ve settled on a more flexible approach, which includes a combination of minimally processed and processed foods.
